We want you to be happy with anything you buy from us — here’s how we handle it.
Merch (t-shirts, stickers, etc.)
If something doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item in a different size or colour, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. We can’t exchange one design for a different item — so a t-shirt can become a different-sized t-shirt, but not a tea towel.
Collecting your order
If you’ve chosen to collect at the venue, we’ll hold onto your order for two folk club nights in a row. If you know you’re going to miss those, just drop us a line at hello@dunoonfolkclub.co.uk and we’ll sort out another arrangement — no bother at all.
Tickets
Ticket sales are non-refundable. That said, we know life happens — if you can’t make it, get in touch with us at hello@dunoonfolkclub.co.uk and we’ll do our best to work something out with you.
